"Name Your Price" is a confidential and non-binding opportunity to let The DHC Group know that you would consider selling your home if a buyer would pay "a specific price" for it!

Essentially you're saying, "I would seriously consider moving if someone were to offer this price for my property."

Once you submit your price, we’ll do the legwork for you. We will contact you to inform you whether we have a buyer in our inventory who aligns with your home, and/or if the current market conditions can support that price.
